Service cancellations must be requested before the service is processed. Once processing begins, cancellations may not be possible.
Refunds are issued only when a payment is accepted and the requested service has not yet been completed or delivered. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds may not be available for services already completed, documents already obtained, or if the request is made after the service delivery window.
